The Calendar of Events

We will have a LIVE session together once per week for the first 4 weeks of the program, to help everyone settle in, answer questions and make tweaks to your plan as needed and then after that we’ll move to bi-weekly Live sessions.

All sessions will be recorded and available to the cohort in case you can’t make it live.

 

Pre-Week | ONLINE LEARNING WEEK | JULY 11th, 2025

Pre-protocol

A week before the first live sessions begin, we will explore your current experience with food and healing. The Non-Linear Nature of the Healing Process will be introduced, and you will have time and space to get accustomed to the online space. You will receive access to a fully customizable meal plan and symptom tracker to begin to prepare for your experience. I also offer a free 15 min to dial it in from there and answer all your burning questions.

 

WEEK 1 | LIVE SESSION | July 18th, 2025

The Bean Protocol + The Presence Process

In this session, I’ll be introducing the Presence Process; a way of reflecting on your relationship with food and how it affects your energy levels and overall health, as well as the connection between your emotions and food choices. We will also explore how certain foods can disregulate your nervous system as well.

We’ll dig into the Bean Protocol in depth, and allow you to ask any questions that bubble up! We will also make space for what we’re taking a break from (the big 3 (caffeine, sugar, and alcohol) and what we’re going to gain as a result of this exchange.

This is a foundational week for our 3 months together!.

I am often asked how to know when is it time to move from a healing plan to a maintenance plan and once feeling great, how to stay motivated to stay with the new healthy habits.

It’s easy to reach a “health” goal and have an emotional garage sale, adding back in all the old favorites and quietly forgetting about maintaining the great health you worked so hard to create. A healing plan is often based on what our body needs, and confronts what we want, or old habits. But, if nothing changes, nothing changes, and not only that, but if one goes back to the “old ways” the old health issues often return. So what to do? I am a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, an Integrative Health Coach, Bean Protocol Specialist, Host of the You’re Great Podcast, and Author of Your Tastebuds are A**holes

I’m all about the legume love, fiber philosophy, and holistic healing.

My approach to whole-body-health came after years of feeling unwell — I had hit rock bottom after a crohns diagnosis. Dismal medications and scary surgeries were not for me, so I finally slowed down and tried everything I hadn’t: trusting my gut. I healed myself through food and respecting my body. And I’m ready to help you, too.

In private practice for the last 6 years, I’ve worked with thousands of women and men from around the world. I’m currently working on publishing my second book (with recipes and protocols) to support others further on their wellness journey.

It’s a privilege to help support those who seek to heal. I work with hormone imbalances, menopause and peri-menopause, gut issues of all kinds, autoimmune disorders, skin imbalances, insulin resistance, fertility, weight loss or weight gain, mood swings, and anxiety. My goal is to help my clients form healthy habits and tools for great health and a sense of calm.

 

I live in The Netherlands, and I’m doing this all on my own. Nobody I know eats like me. I have loving people around me who are being considerate, but even then I sometimes feel like an alien.
